A Strategic Planner is an individual that develops the strategy to achieve the desired outcome. Even before Cheronda became an adult she was a Strategic Planner. She created strategies that helped processes run smoothly as a youth volunteer in classrooms, camps, church and community events. She continued to develop and implement strategies throughout her college career and professional work. These strategies allowed her to graduate college with honors, improve effectiveness and inefficiency in the workplace, and often exceeded her employer’s goals.

• If you are looking to buy, sell or invest anywhere in the world Cheronda can develop your individual strategy and connect you with a team member on the ground to guide you. 

• If your goal is to Start and Fund a Nonprofit Organization Cheronda created the Nonprofit Coaching Club that give you the strategies, support, confidence and ability to start and fund a successful nonprofit organization with 501c3 status.

• If you want to Change the World, Cheronda has created the Strategic Consulting Firm, CME 2 LLC in order to provide the strategy and manage the implementation for you to make a positive impact.

Cheronda’s wonderful life of ease is a result of assessing what she wants and creating a strategic plan to obtain it. She does this for her personal goals, motherhood tasks, and as a friend, consultant, and business owner.

Since 2002, as a College Student Cheronda has provided strategies that allowed colleagues, organizations, and volunteer groups to achieve their goals. Here are some highlights of her most recent successes:

• 2024: Developed Standard Operating Procedures for the department ensuring all employees were completing the task correctly. This also serves as training materials for new employees.

• 2023: Implemented a strategy that increased employee participation in training sessions. 

• 2022: Assisted with the planning of the Summer Youth Program which alleviated the stress of the organizer. 

• 2021: Developed and implemented a Community Engagement Strategy that increased enrollment of students at Child Care Center. 

• 2019 - 2021: Provided individualized real estate strategies that allowed 15 individuals to become First Time Homebuyers.

• 2018-2019: Developed and implemented a strategy that allowed an organization to obtain 501c3 status and a grant within 6 months. 

• 2018: Developed and implemented a strategy that increased the attendees and overall experience of the Youth Baseball Opening Day Event.

• 2015 & 2017: Adapted and implemented 2 courses from residential instruction to online resulting in an increase in enrollment in the major, minor and certificate programs.

Cheronda uses her knowledge and skills in her professional, volunteer and consulting roles to achieve the goals outlined for her and the organization.
